IGN is reporting that Universal is planning on bringing Battlestar Galactica (back) to the big screen (hat tip ComingSoon.net). And get this: it's not gonna be based on the reimagined version we're writing about these days but on the original 1978 version and will be penned and produced by none other than original series creator Glen A. Larson. Hrm. Huh. Well, maybe Dirk Benedict isn't the only one not pleased with the current version?
