First world problems read by third world people

Touted by Business Insider as "might be the best ad of the year," this non-profit Water is Life ad has Haitians repeating tweets made with the hashtag of #firstworldproblems. While many of the tweets may have been made in good humor to illustrate that first world problems really aren't problems, the ad nevertheless gives us good pause.
