Another "ice storm" is making its way through our area today. So far, it's not nearly as bad as the one last week. The stoop is slick and the bushes are glazed, but the trees aren't bent under the weight like last week. (Quite something what 1/8th inch of ice will do to a tree branch.) But, heh, perhaps because last week's icing came out of the blue and was such a bad experience, both kids' schools cancelled and many D.C. metro folks are staying home.
