Tropical Storm Felix is expected to reach Cat 2 or Cat 3 by the time it slams into Central America on Monday. These storms, even in the lower categories, tend to do a lot of damage in those areas. Keep the folks living there in your prayers.Update: Felix reached Cat 1 tonite, making it the sixth tropical system and the second hurricane of the Atlantic season.
